On an annual basis, the exports declined by 4% from 2.3 mbd. <\/p>\n<p>Surging demand from key global markets <\/p>\n<p>UAE, Netherlands, Brazil emerged as the top destinations for the country\u2019s refined oil products.  Exports to the UAE rose to 201,000 bpd last month, up 44% from 140,000 bpd in August while exports to Netherland increased by as much as 296% 131,000 bpd from 33,000 bpd.
