Larsen & Toubro (L&T) on Thursday announced that its Hydrocarbon vertical (L&T Energy Hydrocarbon \u2013 LTEH) has secured significant order from the Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) for the MHN TCPP PGC BGC Project (MTPBP), off India\u2019s West Coast. <\/p>\n
The scope of work includes engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning of new Process Gas Compressor (PGC) modules at ONGC\u2019s Mumbai High & Tapti offshore locations along with the upgrade of existing facilities to enhance production, the company said in a regulatory filing. \u201cThis order reflects customer faith in L&T\u2019s capabilities and L&T\u2019s steadfast commitment to support ONGC in securing India\u2019s energy needs,\u201d it added.<\/p>\n
Organised under Offshore, Onshore EPC, Modular Fabrication, Advanced Value Engineering & Technology (AdVENT) and Offshore Wind Farm Business Groups, LTEH offers integrated design-to-build solutions across the hydrocarbon sector to domestic and international customers.
\nAccording to the company, the value of significant order is between Rs 1000 crore and Rs 2500 crore, large orders are worth Rs 2500 crore- Rs 5000 crore, major orders are in the range of Rs 5000 crore- Rs 7000 crore and mega orders are worth above Rs 7000 crore. <\/p>\n
