However, each case of \u2018deemed approval\u2019 will be scrutinised and action initiated against concerned officers for the \u2018lapse\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>MoRTH officials said that timely approval of reports submitted by the DPR consultants is a key requirement for preparation of quality project plans.
