Chandrachud on Friday said the case required a detailed hearing and consideration before it reached any conclusion. \u201cIt has been urged that the curative plea would meet the standards set out in Rupa Ashok Hurra and that the judgment of this court was delivered without the AAI or UoI being made a party.
