Singh was supposed to board an Air India flight to the UK but he was roaming around the airport, they added. The security personnel scanned CCTV footage and found that immigration officials had refused to allow Singh as his travel documents were \u201cdoubtful\u201d. The officials asked him to come back with airline officials for clarification.
