The official announced reduction in CNG price by Rs 3\/kg and domestic piped cooking gas by Rs 2 per unit in Mumbai metropolitan region which includes Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai. The revised MRP of CNG will be Rs 76 \/kg and domestic PNG Rs 47 per unit effective from October 2.<\/p>\n<p>This will be good news for nearly 10 lakh CNG vehicle users in Mumbai metropolitan region, including over 4 lakh private car owners and a huge fleet of public transport like autos, taxis and buses on city roads running on the green fuel.
