The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has taken up the issue of three Pratt &amp; Whitney engines\u2019 inflight shutdowns on as many IndiGo flights \u201cin quick succession\u201d between August 29 and September 3, 2023, with the engine-maker. <\/p>\n<p>The Indian regulator has directed \u201curgent intervention of the highest level for suitable mitigation\u201d by PW by identifying probable cause of these snags.
