They fear anyone could get electrocuted during the rain if they are not taken care of immediately.<\/p>\n<p>In some places, the lid of an electric box fixed with the poles has been left open. TOI on Tuesday found two such electric boxes with their lids open close to Susrut Eye Hospital\u2019s main entrance gate. \u201cThere are chances of these damaged or defunct street poles turning into live electricity carriers during the rain,\u201d said a commuter.<\/p>\n<p>At a few places, defunct street poles are leaning precariously.
