Fitch Ratings has affirmed Oil and Natural Gas Corporation’s (ONGC) rating at ‘BBB-‘ with stable outlook. “ONGC’s ratings are constrained by the ratings of the state of India (BBB-\/Stable), its majority owner,” Fitch said.<\/p>\n
