This solar power plant, a collaboration between the state government and NTPC Renewable Energy Limited, aims to transform the city into a solar-powered hub.<\/p>\n<p>Under a 30-year lease agreement, the land near the Saryu river will be provided to NTPC Renewable Energy Limited, with the state government collecting a nominal rent in return.
