Roads should be milled before relaying, she said.<\/p>\n<p>At a review meeting, the mayor instructed officials to ensure the same and penalise contractors who don&#8217;t follow the fundamentals. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;In this financial year, Rs 433 crore had been allotted to relay 3,676 roads to a length of 645 kilometre.
