But when they go to complain to the customer care counter, they get a sweet surprise. <\/p>\n<p>The counter staff informs them that they have won a prize worth 2,000 for being a loyal metrorail passenger. CMRL, which launched this initiative to encourage more footfalls in metro stations a year ago, has awarded nearly 400 regular passengers with such gifts. \u201cWe block their smartcards as we do not have a KYC to inform them when they win prizes.
