However, the Supreme Court put forth a condition that the e-rickshaws should be operated only by the current hand- rickshaw pullers at the hill station. <\/p>\n<p>The three-judge bench of justices B R Gavai, J B Pardiwala and Sanjay Kumar agreed to allow the e-rickshaw plying on conventional roads also. <\/p>\n<p>Based on a petition filed by Sunil Shinde (60) of Shramik Rickshaw Chaalak Maalak Seva Sanstha through their counsels- advocate Lalit Mohan Dhiman and advocate Videh Vaish, the earlier three-judge bench of justices &#8211; L Nageshwara Rao, B R Gavai and A S Bopanna had allowed the e-rickshaw trial on May 12, 2022.
