It was paved prior to the May assembly elections. <\/p>\n<p>The stretch was developed as the main road was being used for Metro construction works and it was spick and span two months ago, locals said. After the elections, construction debris and food industry waste from unidentified sources started piling up here. This has turned the area into a hotspot for mosquito breeding.
