Public Works Department officials said the rainwater had been drained out but some cleaning work was left to be done. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We could not open the tunnel on Tuesday because the task of draining the water out and removing the silt took more time than expected. The accumulated water had reached a height of up to five feet and hence, the work took time.
