Union Civil aviation minister Jyotiraditya Scindia will inaugurate it on July 13.<\/p>\n<p>Initially, the new runway, named \u2018Runway 29 Right and 11 Left\u2019 (29R\/11L), will be used exclusively for \u2018departures\u2019.
