A drainage development work under Kolkata Environment and Infrastructure Improvement Project (KEIIP) has left roads across Behala in a bad shape. The monsoon rains now threaten to worsen the condition of roads. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is difficult to use Diamond Harbour Road as most of the connecting lanes have been dug up.
