{"id":588961,"date":"2023-07-04T15:55:02","date_gmt":"2023-07-04T10:25:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infralive.com\/web\/?p=588961"},"modified":"2023-07-04T15:55:02","modified_gmt":"2023-07-04T10:25:02","slug":"waaree-renewable-commissions-122-5-mw-solar-power-projects","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infralive.com\/web\/waaree-renewable-commissions-122-5-mw-solar-power-projects\/","title":{"rendered":"Waaree Renewable commissions 122.5 MW solar power projects"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Waaree Renewable Technology, a subsidiary of Waaree Energies, on Tuesday said it has commissioned a 122.5 MW solar power project in Khandwa, Madhya Pradesh.<\/p>\n<p>According to the official press release, the project is for UPC Renewable Energy\u2019s arm Masaya Solar Energy.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis solar power project is expected to produce 349 MU of electricity annually, and will reduce CO2 emissions by 3,73,422 metric tonnes,\u201d said Alok Nigam, Countary Head, UPC Renewable Energy.<\/p>\n<p>He added that once connected to the grid, the project will fulfill the annual electricity requirements of nearly 278,000 homes in a clean and sustainable manner.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis project with UPC Renewables is our first with ISTS connectivity.
