Though in the meantime four days have passed, the report has not been made public. The Railway Minister is trying to suppress the report, alleged the Congress on Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>The CRS report stated that the Bahanaga mishap is not a conspiracy but a technical glitch or system failure.
