While it did bring the much-needed respite from the heat, the tall claims of the civic authorities on monsoon preparedness appeared exposed. <\/p>\n<p>There were massive traffic snarls in the evening in several parts of the city due to waterlogging, with the problem compounded by some buses breaking down.
