Terming the appointment as \u201cillegal and unconstitutional\u201d, Delhi Power Minister Atishi on Thursday said the AAP government will move the Supreme Court in the matter.<\/p>\n<p>Lambasting the Atishi\u2019 statement, Delhi BJP spokesperson Praveen Shankar Kapoor said , \u201c it is shocking to see Power Minister Atishi trying to give political color and bad mouthing about the newly appointed DERC Chairman.
