He said he hoped captains of industry were convinced with the explanation. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cOfficials explained that the huge bill they received was charges for the two preceding months and hence was seen as high,\u201d Siddaramaiah said. \u201cHowever, from next month, only a monthly bill will be generated.
