Heavy rain and gusty winds hit the city as the cyclone Biparjoy intensified into extremely severe cyclonic storm and advanced ahead towards Gujarat .<\/p>\n<p>Several flights were either cancelled, delayed or diverted due to the bad weather conditions. Hundreds of anxious passengers expressed their displeasure about the situation on social media.
