It also imposed a fine of \u20b930 lakh on Air India for \u201cnot effectively addressing\u201d the incident.<\/p>\n<p>The civil aviation regulator further directed Air India to take administrative action against the pilot in command\u2019s friend, a woman airline staff who was \u201ctravelling as passenger\u201d.
