Feasibility is being studied,\u201d Financial Express, which reported the development, quoted Mahesh Gupta, Public Relations Officer (PRO), Lucknow Division, North Eastern Railway (NER), as saying.<\/p>\n<p>Incidentally, the country&#8217;s first Vande Bharat, which was flagged off in Feb 2019, connects the holy city of Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh with Delhi, the national capital.
