He also vowed to give 3 percent technical allowance to the engineer cadre.<\/p>\n<p>He was addressing the State Level Power Engineers Conclave 2023 in Raipur on Saturday evening.<\/p>\n<p>He said Chhattisgarh is a zero power cut state. The people have got relief from the electricity bill half scheme. The government has given a rebate of Rs 3,236 crore to 42 lakh consumers, an official communication quoted him as saying.<\/p>\n<p>In 2018, the peak hour electricity consumption was 4,100 MW which in 2023 has reached 5,100 MW.
