Aklekar wrote, \u201cSo it was a Mahindra Bolero converted into a rail vehicle that was one of the first vehicles to run on the world&#8217;s tallest railway arch bridge at Chenab, J&amp;K, leading the inspection trolleys of Ashwini Vaishnaw.
