Naveen said Biju\u2019s legacy would guide him to fulfil his dream of a prosperous Odisha.<\/p>\n<p>The DC-3 aircraft bearing registration number VT-AUI belonged to the erstwhile Kalinga Airlines, founded by Biju Patnaik, who was known to be a daredevil pilot.
