Though the government has been maintaining that Karnataka has surplus power, residents have a different story to tell about how the disruptions in supply have hit them.<\/p>\n<p>Citizens from Jayanagar, Uttarahalli, Chikkallasandra, Poorna Prajna Layout, AGS Layout, Hoskerehalli and a few adjoining parts of south Bengaluru witnessed power disruptions on Sunday and Monday morning.
