It also removed the rating from \u2018watch with developing implications\u2019 and assigned a \u2018stable\u2019 outlook.<\/p>\n<p>On August 30, 2022, Crisil had placed the \u2018watch\u2019 rating on DB Power following the announcement by Adani Power to acquire the company.
