The amendment was published in gazette on January 27.<\/p>\n<p>The term \u2018month\u2019 has been replaced with the term \u2018cycle\u2019 in the amendment which is crucial for wind and solar energy generators. \u201cIn Tamil Nadu, the banking facility (to keep the excess energy produced in the generators\u2019 account to be compensated later) is provided for a year.
