They boarded the Boeing 787 in time for the scheduled 9pm departure but the Dreamliner then developed a snag. The airline&#8217;s engineering team tried to rectify the same and passengers remained on board for about two hours.<\/p>\n<p>Subsequently, they were asked to alight from the aircraft. A passenger complained there was no word from AI on when the flight will leave.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We sent passengers to hotels in Paris after the snag.
