Such officers will be \u201cblameworthy\u201d in the accident inquiry report as well.<\/p>\n<p>In a circular issued to all zones on Monday, Konkan Railway and the Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation (DFCC), the Railway Board has said that disciplinary actions must be taken against such officers.
