Violation will invite a fine of Rs 20,000, the pollution control division of the transport department said in an order.<\/p>\n<p>The order came a day after the Centre&#8217;s panel on air quality, the Commission for Air Quality Management, imposed a ban on construction and demolition activities in NCR under stage III restrictions of Graded Response Action Plan after AQI deteriorated to 407 in the &#8216;severe&#8217; category.
