The staff work in three shifts. <\/p>\n<p>The non-profit runs 25 cafes across India and employs disabled individuals. \u201cDue to my family\u2019s financial conditions, I dropped out of class 5. I always wanted to work but wasn\u2019t given the opportunity because of prejudice.
