There is nowhere to generate electricity,&#8221; an Energoatom spokesperson said of the plant in the Mykolaiv region.<\/p>\n<p>A local official said units were also not operating at the Khmelnytskyi nuclear power plant in western Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Stopping the units.
