Hospital authorities denied the allegation and the government has ordered an investigation. <\/p>\n<p>Maula Hussain, 35, Chettamma, 30, and Manoj, 18, were on ventilators at the Vijayanagara Institute of Medical Sciences (VIMS) at the time of the power outage.
