Earlier, the company segmented customers based on their \u2018lignite lifting\u2019 capacity. \u201cFinancial capability will be considered in revised customer segmentation,\u201d the company said in a statement.<\/p>\n<p>Lignite is often referred to as brown coal and is reportedly the lowest grade coal with the least carbon concentration.
