NEW DELHI: The UK government has included Essar Oil UK\u2019s low-carbon hydrogen production and carbon capture projects in its carbon capture, usage and storage cluster sequencing programme, the company said in a statement on Monday.
\nThe UK-focused company, promoted by the Mumbai-based Ruia family, proposes to build the two projects at its Ellesmere Port site in Cheshire, the company said.
\nA separate statement quoted Essar director Prashant Ruia as saying the company will strive to lead in transitioning to a cleaner and sustainable pathway for creating value for stakeholders.
