NEW DELHI: Passengers who have to travel abroad have started getting mails from airlines to collect the date being sought under National Customs Targeting Centre-Passenger (NCTC-P).
\nSince the rule is effective August 8, airlines are facing teething troubles in rolling the same out. And many travellers are confused over the same.
