DGCA in its order to SpiceJet also said that the airline will be subjected to \u201cenhanced surveillance\u201d by the aviation regulator during these eight weeks.<\/p>\n<p>The order of grounding the aircraft came after DGCA\u2009sent a show cause notice to SpiceJet over a series of technical malfunction incidents.
