The probe has been started following a complaint against him for alleged corruption, cheating, fraud, forgery and abuse of position as a public servant.<\/p>\n<p>It was alleged that Deputy Superintendent, Anti Corruption Bureau (Lucknow), Sandeep Kumar Pandey favoured the owner of Kapoor Watch Company by keeping him out of the CBI\u2019s net in the infamous UPPCL scam.<\/p>\n<p>The investigating officer allegedly received kickbacks worth Rs 5.25 crore for extending undue and illegal advantages to the accused.
