Building a state-of-the-art Battery Innovation Center (BIC) in Bangalore&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>BIC will be one of the world&#8217;s largest, most advanced cell R&amp;D facilities, he added.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;500+ engineers &amp; PhDs, $500mn investment.
