The Minto Road Rail Bridge is known for flooding and water logging during monsoon. Over the last two years, extensive waterlogging was seen in many parts of Delhi. A 56-year-old man drowned when his mini-truck was submerged under the Minto Bridge.<\/p>\n<p>The Delhi government\u2019s Public Works Department (PWD) identified seven locations \u2018critical\u2019 in terms of waterlogging.
