The total length of the road will be approximately 99 kms,&#8221; the statement said. <\/p>\n<p>The project will improve infrastructure in the two states, it said. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It will also help in reducing the time and cost of travel for traffic, particularly heavy traffic, plying on the Nagina-Kashipur sector,&#8221; it said. <\/p>\n<p>The development of this stretch will also help uplift the socio-economic conditions of the regions in both the states and increase employment potential for local labourers for project activities, it added. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This work will be under the National Highways Development Project (NHDP) Phase-IV.
