The scheme that will allow consumers to pay their arrears in easy instalments without paying any interest on the principal amount is likely to come into effect from June 1,\u201d a senior UPPCL official disclosed.<\/p>\n<p>The UPPCL\u2019s move comes after chief minister Yogi Adityanath recently directed the energy department to bring the OTS for consumers to clear their dues in easy instalments.
