CNG will now be priced at \u20b972\/kg and domestic PNG will be available at \u20b945.50\/Standard Cubic Metre (SCM).<\/p>\n<p>Mahanagar Gas Limited (MGL), which supplies CNG and PNG to Mumbai, increased the prices first on April 5 by \u20b97 and \u20b95 respectively. The recent hike is \u20b95 for CNG and \u20b94.50 for PNG.<\/p>\n<p>On April 1, after the Maharashtra government reduced Value Added Tax(VAT) on natural gas, the MGL had slashed the rates of CNG by \u20b96 and PNG by \u20b93.50.
