This will include passenger and cargo e-cycles with a speed of less than 25 km\/hour. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cA purchase incentive of 25% of MRP up to Rs 5,500 will be provided to the first 10,000 buyers. An additional incentive of Rs 2,000 to the first 1,000 individual e-cycle owners will be provided with an eye on creating the much-needed demand for e-cycles.
