Officials said that the PWD will soon launch an App, which would enable Delhiites to register their complaints against the poor infrastructure  and condition of roads.<\/p>\n<p>The PWD Minister, Sisodia, who held a meeting with officials, also said that if there is a defect in the construction of any road, the concerned engineer will be held responsible for it.
