The proposal is currently with the urban development department. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe pandemic as such has affected everyone and people are struggling to pay their bills. This will be an additional burden if implemented,\u201d said Prashanth Kumar, a resident of Uttarahalli. <\/p>\n<p>The idea was first mooted in November 2020, but put on the back burner following opposition.
